Lenovo IdeaPad K1 Gets Small Price Discount, Now Available for 415 USD (335 EUR)

Chinese company Lenovo has just slashed the price of its IdeaPad K1 tablet, which is now available for purchase in India.

However, the slate only got a small price cut, so customers will still have to come up with Rs 22,724 (415 USD or 335 EUR).

The tablet was initially launched in India for Rs 29,500 (535 USD or 435 EUR) for the Wi-Fi version and Rs 33,990 (620 USD or 500 EUR) for the 3G model.

Unfortunately, the IdeaPad K1 comes with Android 3.1 Honeycomb platform onboard, which is one of the slate's downsides.

However, Lenovo promised the tablet will receive an upgrade to Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich in the following months.

Furthermore, the tablet sports a 10.1-inch HD LED capacitive touchscreen display and packs a 1 GHz dual-core Nvidia Tegra 2 processor. Check it out here.
