Sprint BlackBerry Bold 9930 and Torch 9850 Receiving OS 7.1 Update

Research In Motion has just released the latest BlackBerry 7.1 OS update for BlackBerry Bold 9930 and Torch 9850 from Sprint.

Both updates have been recently uploaded to RIM’s support servers. However, Bold 9930 and Torch 9850 owners will need to download and install the latest version of BlackBerry Desktop Software in order to be able to upgrade to OS 7.1.

RIM detailed BlackBerry 7.1 OS update a long time ago, so we already know all the new features and enhancements it brings.

Among the most interesting changes added with BlackBerry 71 OS, one will surely notice Wi-Fi hotspot and BlackBerry Tag with NFC sharing, as well as important enhancements to Facebook, Twitter, SMS & MMS Messaging and BlackBerry Music.
