Inno3D Prepares HerculeZ 3000 4GB GeForce GTX 680 Video Card

Video card company Inno3D is not sitting still and it seems to be continuously working on new and innovative Nvidia designs. A GeForce GTX 680 design is in the news now as Inno3D is getting ready to release two new graphics adapters based in Nvidia’s  Kepler GPU and feature custom printed circuit boards (PCB).

The is not a great difference between the two cards that are currently in the works at Inno3D now as one will come with the standard 2 GB of GDDR5 video memory and the other will get a full 4 GB.

The cooling system has five heatpipes and three removable cooling fans. The company claims a lower noise generation from the cooling system and the clock speeds are higher than the reference design from Nvidia.

The power circuit is reportedly by the first 8-phase control circuit controller manufactured by CHiL and called CHL8318.

There are 8+2 power phases and the frequency settings are set at 1100 MHz for the base clock and 1155 MHz with boost enabled.

The is no clear info on pricing yet.
