Unreal Engine 4 Tech Demo Gets New Screenshots

Epic Games finally unveiled to the public the first video with its Unreal Engine 4 yesterday, showing off the impressive next generation technology and some of the visual effects it's capable of rendering. Now, the studio has posted a batch of screenshots that depict the level of detail rendered by the technology.

The Unreal Engine 3 powers a wide variety of games nowadays, so you can bet that many developers are eagerly awaiting the fourth installment of the technology, in order to see what it will allow them to achieve.

After a lengthy wait, Epic presented two special videos of its Unreal Engine 4 tech demo, showing off a stunning sequence of in-game footage and a more in-depth look at the powers of its new software.

Now, a fresh series of screenshots has appeared, depicting some of the most impressive effects from the tech demo.
