Kris Humphries Says Kim Kardashian's Tape with Ray J Was Staged by Her Mom

While Kim Kardashian is telling Oprah that the controversial, homemade, “leaked” personal tape with Ray J that launched her career was a simple mistake, her soon to be ex-husband Kris Humphries claims the contrary.

In fact, it was her own mother who thought of the plan to launch her career this way (presumably after seeing how much good a similar incident did to Kim's former friend Paris Hilton), TMZ writes.

Kris Jenner also told her daughter she and Ray J, her boyfriend at the time, must come in for reshoots when she was not satisfied with what she'd seen.

Apparently, these are all stories Kris Humphries told his rebound girlfriend, Myla Sinanaj, whom he's handed over to the FBI after she reportedly tried to extort him by threatening to sell her story to the press.

“Kris Humphries trashed Kim Kardashian and her family in conversations and text messages to his former girlfriend, Myla Sinanaj, telling her Kris Jenner not only directed Kim to shoot her tape, but to re-shoot because Kris J didn't think the first one was pretty enough,” TMZ reports.

Myla even has proof that Kris told her all this, in the form of text messages, emails and phone calls, all of which she's ready to provide the court when she's due to testify in the divorce proceedings.

Indeed, TMZ notes, Kim's attorney has petitioned Myla to testify because she is the one who can prove just how false Kris Humphries' claims about being defrauded in the 72-day marriage are.

“Sources tell us Myla has numerous text messages in which Kris says she is the love of his life and he wants to get the divorce over with quickly so they can spend the rest of their time on earth together. In several of the messages, we're told Kris says specifically that he's 'moved on' from Kim,” TMZ writes.

“The information is extremely damaging to Kris, because he's alleging in his divorce that Kim has destroyed him emotionally by allegedly defrauding him into believing it was a real marriage. Turns out, Kris has been [dating] Myla since mid-January, so his devastation argument may be hard to swallow,” adds the same media outlet.

For a bit of context: Kim and Kris married in August last year, and she filed for divorce 72 days later. He would not give her the divorce, asking for an annulment instead on the grounds of fraud.

Kris aims to convince the judge that Kim used him for ratings and publicity, and never meant to stay married to him. He, on the other hand, was head over heels in love and had his heart shattered to a million pieces when he learned of the divorce in the press.

If all of the above is at least a fairly accurate version of the events, Kris probably doesn't stand any chance of convincing the judge now.
