Kinect Game Haunt Is Now Available as a Free Download via Xbox Live

Microsoft has just launched a brand new feature for the dashboard of the Xbox 360 console called Kinect Central and, in order to get people interested in it, has confirmed that horror-themed adventure game Haunt will be available as a free download when accessing the new section.

The Kinect sensor is being marketed by Microsoft as a must-have peripheral for the Xbox 360 and, in order to further motivate existing console owners to get it, the company is going to considerable lengths.

The latest promotional effort has just been revealed in the form of the Kinect Central section of the Xbox 360 dashboard. Here all of the most important Kinect games will be advertised, as will different types of experiences that use the sensor.

In order to get people interested in the section, Microsoft has confirmed that all U.S. Xbox 360 owners will be able to download a free Kinect Arcade game in the form of Haunt, a horror-themed adventure title.

The offer is already available and ends on Monday, July 2, so you’d better get it as soon as possible.
