Viber HD Gets Pulled from the Windows Phone Store

Viber, the Windows Phone application that was launched last week with support for HD calling, has been pulled off the Windows Phone Store.

Apparently, although the software promised a lot of great features, including HD VoIP calls, free messages to Viber contacts, group chats, and the like, it also packed technical issues that affected users’ experience with it.

The company decided to pull the app from the storefront and to focus on resolving these issues, though no specific time for when things would return to normal has been provided.

“We are aware of the problems some of you are experiencing with the new update, and we’re working around the clock to find the source of the problem and resolve it as soon as possible. We apologize for the temporary inconvenience, and we recommend that you stay tuned for news and updates,” the company reportedly said.
