Today in History: Charlie Sheen Is 47

Charlie Sheen turned 47 years old on September 3 so, because we can’t get our happy wishes across to him (unless we turn stalkers), we thought it’d be great if we could honor him and wish him a Happy Birthday otherwise.

We imagine nothing pleases an actor more than true, honest appreciation for his work.

On Charlie’s 47th birthday, we have included above a fine selection of funny moments from his former hit show, “Two and a Half Men,” the one that’s now moving forward with Ashton Kutcher as lead.

However, Charlie isn’t just a great actor: by any standards, he’s also one of the most fascinating and intriguing celebrities out there. Surely you haven’t forgotten his antics of yesteryear.

Below are some of the funniest (and occasionally true) things Sheen said shortly after he was fired from “Men” on breach of contract.

Enjoy!

“The only thing I’m addicted to right now is winning.”

“I will not believe that if I do something then I have to follow a certain path because it was written for normal people, people who aren't special, people who don't have tiger blood and Adonis DNA.”

“I'm sorry, man, but I've got magic. I've got poetry in my fingertips. Most of the time – and this includes naps – I'm an F-18, bro. And I will destroy you in the air. I will deploy my ordinance to the ground.”

“I’m not bi-polar, “I’m bi-winning. I win here and I win there.”

AA was written for normal people. People that don’t have tiger blood and Adonis DNA. [I survived drug addiction] because I'm me. I'm different. I have a different constitution, I have a different brain, I have a different heart. I got tiger blood, man.”

“That's how I roll. And if it's too gnarly for people, then buh-bye. Oh wait, can’t process it. Losers. Winning. Buh-bye.”

“I have one speed. One gear. Go! I dare you to keep up with me.”

Charlie Sheen, winning since 1965.
