It’s always nice to see mobile phone makers launching special, limited editions of their handsets, especially if they do so for highly appealing devices.
HTC is no stranger to launching such devices, and has recently showcased such a model, a limited edition of its high-end One X smartphone.
The Cushnie et Ochs edition of the high-end Android-based smartphone is identical with the original device, only that it sports a two-toned outer case.

The black and white design looks very interesting, especially since it’s matched by a two-toned Sense UI, though we doubt of its actual usability in normal conditions.
However, it should be noted that the device was not built for commercial availability around the world, but that it has been created specifically for the New York Fashion Week.

The smartphone will never make it to stores, but lucky ones might get the chance to buy one on eBay, should it ever emerge on the website.
The two-toned One X is only one of the new HTC devices that sports a different design than the pack.
Recently, the company unveiled a new smartphone destined for the Chinese market, the HTC One SC, which comes with an asymmetric design on the back plate, also capable of making it stand up in the crowd. Hopefully, more of these will be launched in the not too distant future.
