Vodafone Australia Rolls Out Android 4.0.4 ICS Update for Samsung GALAXY S III

The latest Android 4.0.4 Ice Cream Sandwich update for Samsung Galaxy S III has finally reached Australian shores.

This is maintenance release 2 update, so expect some minor changes to be added, as well as some bug fixes.

Keep in mind that the update is currently available only for Samsung Galaxy S III smartphone sold by Vodafone in Australia. However, we expect the update to be launched by other carriers as well.

According to the carrier, the update is released in stages, so not all Samsung Galaxy S III owners will receive it at the same time.

This update is available via Samsung Kies desktop software or OTA (over the air). As we already mentioned, this maintenance update has been designed to address some small bugs and introduce some minor features.
