Virgin Mobile Canada Launches the Awesome 40 Plan

Canadian carrier Virgin Mobile has just introduced a new plan aimed at postpaid members, the “Awesome 40.”

Customers can now opt for this new plan for only $40 CAD per month, hence the name. For this amount they will receive the following:

- 150 Canada-Wide Minutes;
- Weekends & Evenings starting at 6pm;
- Unlimited Canada-Wide Talk and Text to 5 Buddies;
- Unlimited Incoming Calls;
- Unlimited Canada, US & International Text and Picture Messaging OR Voicemail + Call Display;
- 100 MB Smartphone data OR Blackberry Unlimited Social.

According to the carrier, the “Awesome 40” plan is available for postpaid customers only for a limited time, though Virgin Mobile does not mention when exactly the promotional period ends. For more details on the carrier's new plan head over to Virgin Mobile's online store.
