Dishonored Gets Full PC System Specifications

The development team at Arkane Studios and publisher Bethesda have delivered the minimum and the recommended system requirements for their upcoming mix between stealth and action Dishonored.

Dishonored is shaping up to be an impressive experience, at least judging by the array of gameplay videos we saw up until recently.

In order to given PC owners time to upgrade their rigs in order to handle the first-person action game, Bethesda and Arkane have now presented the minimum and recommended system specifications, which you can admire below.

Minimum Spec:
OS: Windows Vista / Windows 7
Processor: 3.0 GHz dual core or better
Memory: 4 GB system RAM
Hard Disk Space: 9 GB
Video Card: DirectX 9 compatible with 512 MB video RAM or better (NVIDIA GeForce GTX 460 / ATI Radeon HD 5850)

Memory: 4 GB system RAM

The specifications are not that taxing considering how good Dishonored has looked when it was shown to the public. Much of the beauty of the game is not linked to high polygon counts and fancy lightning but to the incredible art style that the Arkane team has put together.

Dishonored puts the player in the body of Corvo, an elite former bodyguard of an assassinated Queen who has been framed for the murder.

After a visit from a mysterious figure he needs to use an arsenal of weapons and items as well as supernatural powers in order to prowl the city of Dunwall, solve quests and uncover a larger conspiracy that he was un unwilling part of.

The game arrives on both the PC and one home consoles during the fall.
