Upcoming Google Drive iOS / Android Update Leaked


Google has leaked the changelog for its next Google Drive update for mobile platforms, including the iOS app living undisturbed in the iTunes App Store at version 1.0.2 still.

No word on when this update will arrive exactly, but the iOS version is known to be getting in-app editing for documents, as well as the ability to view Google presentations.

The Android version is getting a bit more swag this time around, including one crucial ability to create folders, move to folders, and upload to folders. Users of Google’s mobile OS will also be able to create and edit tables in Google Docs, as well as comment on these documents.

Finally, there will be an option to “view, present, and comment on presentations” on Droids, according to the Mountain View search giant.

Until then, here’s the boring old Google Drive with some tasty bug fixes รข€" iPhone (1.0.2) and Android (1.1.1.6).
