Dark Souls PC Fix Gets User Interface

A Reddit user named banelos has released a User Interface that works with the fix which makes Dark Souls playable on the PC.

Gamers need only download the new User Interface package and then put it in the same folder as the DSfix.ini file.

Those who plan to use it need to have .NET Framework 4.0 installed.

banelos plans to continue developing the UI and will add tooltips that more clearly explain the various options and easier key bindings.

Ever since Dark Souls was launched, PC based gamers have asked for a version of the game to release on their platform and publisher Namco Bandai finally caved in to the pressure and announced the new Prepare to Die Edition.

Unfortunately, the company failed to pay much attention to the particular needs of the PC game and the player base had to step in so that it could make Dark Souls playable.
