Anonymous Calls Out the FBI for Denying It's the Source of the Apple Data Leak

It stayed quiet for a while, but the FBI has responded to Anonymous' accusations that it was the source of the massive Apple data leak, denying them.

In, fact, since the original statement, the FBI made it even clearer that it wasn't to blame, in a tweet.

"Statement soon on reports that one of our laptops with personal info was hacked. We never had info in question. Bottom Line: TOTALLY FALSE," the FBI Press Office on Twitter wrote. Anonymous noted the all caps, as did everyone else, but wasn't impressed.

"Wait, what? So because you don't know of any data breach it never happened? So the conference call was fake, too? ;-)," @AnonymousIRC, the source of the data leak, responded, referring to the incident earlier this year when Anonymous leaked a conference call between the FBI and the UK Police, discussing Anonymous, LulzSec, AntiSec, which hackers infiltrated.

"You know you're doing something right if @FBIPressOffice throws caps at you on twitter to deny an #Anonymous statement," Anonymous added.
