Motorola Mobility continues to strengthen its market share in South America with new Android smartphones aimed at mid-range segment.

The product launched by the US-based company in Brazil is dubbed Motorola MOTOSMART Me and is now available for purchase for R$ 549 (270 USD or 215 EUR) outright.

The device is an affordable smartphone aimed at customers who wish to purchase their first Android handset.

The phone is powered by Android 2.3 Gingerbread operating system out of the box integrated with Motorola’s users interface.

Featuring a lightweight design, Motorola MOTOSMART Me is the perfect solution for those who wish to take advantage of Google’s Android platform, but don’t want to break the bank.

Customers who never used an Android smartphone before should not worry, as Motorola’s user interface offers all the necessary tips in order to be provided with the ultimate user experience.

In this regard, the Motorola MOTOSMART Me is capable of recognizing which apps and contacts are mostly used, and then adjusts to meet the user’s needs.

When it comes to hardware, the smartphone sports a decent 3.2-inch capacitive touchscreen display with sharp resolution.

In addition, the phone’s storage can be further expanded up to 32GB via microSD memory card. It is also worth mentioning that the MOTOSMART Me comes with a free 4GB memory card in the sales package.
