Mass Effect 3: Leviathan DLC Out on August 28 for PC, PS3, and Xbox 360

BioWare has confirmed a release date for its upcoming Mass Effect 3: Leviathan DLC for its popular role-playing shooter, revealing that PC, PS3, and Xbox 360 owners will get it at the end of the month.

Mass Effect 3 delivered a sprawling experience back in March and its single-player mode was recently enhanced with the addition of the free Extended Cut add-on.

The studio is currently putting the finishing touches on the next DLC for the single-player campaign, in the form of the Leviathan add-on, which was announced at the beginning of the month.

Now, BioWare has revealed a release date for the upcoming DLC, as PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 owners will be able to get it on August 28. PS3 users in Europe, however, will have to wait an extra day, as it will appear on their PlayStation Store on August 29.

Don’t forget that this is a premium DLC, just like the recent Firefight Pack, and will cost either 800 BioWare Points (PC), $9.99/€9.99 (PS3) or 800 MS Points (Xbox 360).
