Affordable Alcatel OT-903 Coming Soon in the UK

Alcatel is about to debut a new budget-friendly Android smartphone in the UK, the OT-903. The smartphone is currently listed at Carphone Warehouse but customers will have to wait until September in order to purchase this one.

Alcatel OT-903 will be shipped with Android 2.3 Gingerbread operating system out of the box. Although there’s no mention on the processor, we can speculate that the device will be equipped with a low-performance 600 MHz single-core CPU.

The smartphone also sports a small 2.8-inch capacitive touchscreen display that supports 240 x 320 pixels resolution, as well as microSD card slot for memory expansion (up to 32GB).

There’s also a subpar 2-megapixel photo snapper on the back, which features video recording. Customers who wish to be the first to purchase the Alcatel OT-903 should head over to Carphone Warehouse pre-registration page.
