Step 1: Download HTC Sync and install on your local PC and make it to connect your device to the PC.

Step 2: Use this official bootloader link and follow for unlocking the bootloader by selecting your device as HTC Explorer.

Step 3: After unlocked bootloader step over then download A310E recovery file and UnZip to your windows PC (use this path c:\HTC) run recovery.dat file with phone in fastboot mode connected with USB.

Then prepare for rooting steps to download Superuser.zip to your computer and transfer it to your HTC Explorer MicroSD-card via USB cable.

Go to recovery mode by restarting the mobile and then pressing volume down and power button simultaneously dig it boots into recovery.
