Traditional AMD video card partner has just launched a new AMD Radeon HD 7970 graphics adapter with a custom cooling solution. Club3D’s new card is called Radeon HD 7970 royalAce and features AMD’s record-breaking Tahiti GPU in its GHz Edition complete with Boost option.
Therefore, the royalAce is a pre-overclocked AMD Radeon HD 7970 GHz Edition video card.

The cooling system is pretty quiet and quite powerful, as it is able to keep the card cool when idling while generating only 31.5 dB noise.
When running at full load, the two cooling fans will spin faster and the noise level will reach a decent 38 dB level.
The cooling system contains 4 heatpipes that will keep the GPU at an average of 71 degrees Celsius during gaming sessions.

Overclocking fans will be happy to know that Club3D’s new AMD Radeon HD 7970 royalAce video card comes with dual-BIOS and with the much needed switch that will restore the card to working order if their overclocking experiment goes haywire.
The 3 GB of GDDR5 memory are clocked at 6 GHz and the idle TDP sits at just 15 watts, while it will never go beyond the 250W mark.
There’s no official information on pricing yet.
