All but Confirmed: New iTunes By Years End [Bloomberg]

In accordance with rumors saying Apple will refresh iTunes, Bloomberg reports this week that Tim Cook & Co. will unveil a revamped version by the end of 2012, marking one of the biggest changes to the service since its debut almost a decade ago.

Multiple rumors are swirling around discussing a potential iTunes refresh. Added confirmation comes from people familiar with the matter (who asked not to be named so they could keep their jobs) telling the news agency that the next iTunes will integrate even better with iCloud for seamless access and management of music, videos, as well as apps, across iDevices.

The next order of business also includes plans for new sharing features, the same people reportedly said, though we may already know what those sharing services are: Facebook and Twitter, both of which gain more integration with every new iOS and Mac OS update.

Apple would unveil these changes by the end of the year, the same sources said.
