New Limited Edition Artist Series Mice from Microsoft Hardware

Users looking for more ways to personalize their computers can now opt for one of the new mice included in Microsoft hardware’s Limited Edition Artist Series.

These products are the result of a collaboration with some of the unique designers around the globe, meant to transform any Microsoft mouse into a personal form of artistic expression.

The Wireless Mobile Mouse 3500 has been used as canvas by artists from Sao Paolo, Hong Kong, Brooklyn, London, and Sarajevo to come up with unique global influences.

“With backgrounds in printmaking, textile design, engraving, silkscreen, digital design and folk art, the newest artists are excited for you to experience their passions and try out their Microsoft-exclusive designs,” Microsoft’s Hardware Team notes in a blog post.

The new Limited Edition Artist Series mice come from artists such as Yellena James, Calvin Ho, Zansky, Dana McClure, and Matt Lyon, each with specific preferences regarding patterns, colors and tools.

Yellena James, for example, builds colorful arrangements of organic shapes and tangled lines, while Zansky works with a wide range of graphic arts, such as silkscreen, letterpress, engraving and digital printing.

Brooklyn-based visual artist Dana McClure works with a variety of mediums, including printmaking, collage, and textile design.
