Ubisoft Focused on Successfully Launching Ghost Recon Online for PC

Ubisoft revealed quite a few big projects for the Nintendo Wii U at E3 2012, including Rayman Legends or ZombiU, but one of its older titles for the console, Ghost Recon Online, was absent.

This is due, according to the French company, to the fact that the development team is working hard right now to ensure a successful launch on the PC platform later this summer.

"Our focus has been entirely on delivering a great launch on PC," an Ubisoft representative told Eurogamer. "Achieving that has been an all-hands-on-deck effort for the team this year."

After the online game launches for the PC, Ubisoft says that it can then finish working on the game’s version for other platforms, including the Wii U.

Nintendo’s new console comes with support for a variety of experiences and Ghost Recon Online is set to show off its capabilities in regard to free-to-play online titles.
