Stunning Lumigon T2 Coming Soon with Bang & Olufsen ICEpower Audio Technology

Danish company Lumigon plans to launch a new Android smartphone in the following month. The T2 is a premium device that features an exquisite design and unique technologies.

For example, the smartphone is made of stainless steel and PDV coating, while the screen is covered by Corning Gorilla Glass coating for extra protection against scratches and scrapes.

Another interesting feature is the microSDXC slot placed under the battery cover, which allows users to expand memory up to 2TB (2000 gigabytes).

Lumigon T2 comes with only 8GB of internal memory, but users can purchase 128GB microSDXC cards, allowing for extremely large amounts of data and multimedia files to be stored on the smartphone.

Software-wise, the device runs Google’s Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system and offers full access to more than 750,000 apps via Google Play store.

Obviously, the phone comes pre-loaded with all ICS-specific apps and services, including Android Beam, Face Unlock and Data Usage.

The ability to take screenshots will be included as well, so simply hold the volume down button pressed and the power button to capture what’s shown on the display.

Furthermore, Lumigon T2 comes with ICEpower, Bang & Olufsen’s technology that offers the ultimate sound quality. Moreover, the handset maker claims “the audio experience is improved even further with T2’s specially designed in-ear headset.”

It is also worth mentioning the phone features built-in universal remote control ability, which allows users to control their electronic equipment at their homes. Lumigon claims the T2 “can learn an unlimited number of commands” from any infrared remote controls, even for the air conditioner.

Hardware-wise, Lumigon T2 comes with a Qualcomm Snapdragon S2 processor clocked at 1.4 GHz. In addition, the smartphone boasts an 8-megapixel BSI main camera with autofocus, LED flash and full HD (1080p) video recording.

According to Lumigon, the T2 will be available for purchase “after the summer” for around $700 USD (565 EUR) outright. Stay tuned for more details on the matter.
