Galaxy S IVs 13MP Camera Module (S5K3L2) Emerges

Rumor has it that Samsung would be gearing up for the launch of a successor for its Galaxy S III smartphone as soon as the first quarter of the next year, and some more info on the matter is now available.

What appears to be the camera module for the upcoming smartphone, supposedly dubbed Galaxy S IV, has just been spotted online.

Featuring model number S5K3L2, this is a 13-megapixel photo snapper (4208×3120), and is said to have been initially planned for inclusion in the Galaxy S III and/or Galaxy Note II.

While there’s no specific info on what determined Samsung to change its plans, it seems that users will get the chance to enjoy this camera module’s capabilities in the upcoming flagship Android handset.

The company was said before to aim at the unveiling of its Galaxy S IV smartphone at MWC 2013 in Barcelona, but has already denied these allegations.
